特别说明

所有的安装文件全部来自微软官方网站，且为最新数字签名版本。

这些运行库都是采用Microsoft Visual Studio 20XX编写的软件必须使用的公用DLL运行库，相当于程序的字典文件。

某些网上和论坛的部分精简软件没有附带这些公用DLL，所以安装这些运行库是系统安装后第一件要做的事情。

某些程序在64位系统下运行仍然需要32位版本的运行库，因为程序是基于32位Visual Studio开发的，典型的例子比如QQ。

随着时代的进步，XP系统已经不再被官方支持，XP时代遗留下来的VB运行库，理应该不被再使用，所以本站剔除了一些旧版运行库，只保留C++运行库。另外office2010运行库，不需要运行库office2010版本照样能使用，所以同样移除。
